He is survived by: his wife Karen Kay Johnson; his children, Angela Sink (Kevin) of Muscatine, Troy (Teri Goins) of Ankeny and Trent (Alishia) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Katie Hodge (Steve), Ashley O'Brien (Andrew), Austin, Brooke, Margaret and Troy Casjen "Caz"; his stepgrandchildren, Roxy Metcalf (Charlie), Danny Barrett and Jesse Rus (Alexandria); and his brother C. Dale Boelman (Nancy) of Clarksville. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
