He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Pritchard and Maggie Pritchard (Crouse); his former wife Alyce Jacob; his siblings, Raymond, Albert, Earnest, Elmer Pritchard, Ruby Foes and Lois Ross; and his stepson Philip Hathaway.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hathaway of Cedar Falls; his children, David Pritchard (Kimberly) of Waterloo and Teresa Kaltenheuser (Dennis) of Elkhart; his stepchildren, Glenn Dalbey (Jill Simpson) of Waterloo, Susan Dalbey (Jon Becker) of Denver, Colorado, Jenifer Hathaway (Joe Roling) of Coggon and Dustyn Hathaway (April Hrach) of San Francisco, California; his grandchildren, Amanda Milligan (Josh), Allison Pritchard (Kyle Hattrup), Karen Kaltenheuser and Michael Kaltenheuser (Amela); and his sister-in-law Donna Pritchard of Council Bluffs.
