He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Nienkark and Mae Nienkark (Assink); his wife Sharon Houck; and his daughter-in-law Denise. He is survived by: his children, Gary Nienkark of Waterloo, Peg Liebsch (Gary) of Waverly, Jim Nienkark (Kathie) of Cadar Falls, Jeff Reed of Arkansas and Dennis Niedert (Joanie) of Arizona. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
