He is survived by: his girlfriend Marilyn Fletcher of Cedar Falls, Iowa; and his children, Cathy Birdsell (Walter) of La Crosse, Carol Fletcher of Marion, Chuck Fletcher (Shanna) of Ely and Cheri Grieder (Paul) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
