She was predeceased by: her parents, Le Roy and Margaret Schons (Fredrickson); her brothers, Thomas Schons, Sr. and Robert Schons; and her children, Joseph and Jessica Greene.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Greene (Tristan Sterken) of Washburn; her grandchildren, Matthew and Autumn Hurlbut; and her sisters, Josie Scott of Cedar Falls, Linda Wheelock of Cedar Falls and Mary Backer of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
