He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Larkin and Marie Larkin (Brower); his wife Joyce Pohl of Shell Rock; and his sister Thelma Williams (Merrill). He is survived by: his children, Bob Larkin (Judy) of Cedar Falls, Linda Paup (Mike) of Pueblo, CO and Barb Burbridge (Kent) of Cedar Falls; his grandchildren, Brian Larkin, Christi Larkin, Kenzie Story (David), Allie Ruehlen (Jonathan), Haley Burbridge and Trevor Burbridge; and his great grandchildren, Rilyn Story, Brynn Story, Mollie Ruehlen and Della Burbridge.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be directed to Christian Crusaders, Nazareth Lutheran Church or the memorial designation of the donor's choice.
