He is survived by: his wife Diana Koch; his granddaughters, Ellie and Natalie; his daughter-in-law Alana; his brother BJ Havenstrite (Pat) of Harrison, Arkansas; and his niece Jennifer Duncan. He is also survived by extended family; dear friends.
