He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Obadal and Mary Smutny Obadal; his wife Darlene Adams; and his siblings, Ernest, Stanley, Martha and Betty.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Obadal (Katie) of Cedar Rapids and Todd Obadal of Waterloo; and his grandson Alexander Obadal of Cedar Rapids.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Locke Garden View Chapel (3655 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memories Cemetery (3669 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703).
