Roger L. Tompkins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger L. Tompkins of Cedar Falls, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Tompkins and Marjorie Tompkins; and his sisters, Lilly and Barb. He is survived by: his brother Butch (Debbie) of Johnson City, TN; his children, Trisha and Trent (Kristin) of Cedar Falls, IA; and his grandchildren, Tierra, Tierel, Will and Carter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Prairie Lakes Church (1907 E Viking Rd, Cedar Falls, IA 50613).
In lieu of flowers or donations, the family has requested that memorials be directed to the St Jude Children's Hospital.
