He is survived by: his wife Ruth Schuldt; his children, Erik Ullestad (Allison), Krista Kilgus (Adam) and Kara Ullestad Lechtenberg (Kyle); his grandchildren, Anna, Isaac, Evan, Martin, Sage, Arthur and Oliver; and his sisters, Karen Ullestad and Mary Ullestad-Heneke (Dale).
