She was predeceased by: her parents, German and Maria Koester (Hinck); and her siblings, Leola, Margarete and Herman.
She is survived by: her sister Henrietta Mueller; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Koester. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
