He was predeceased by: his son Tim Thomas; and his former wife Betty. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Brian Thomas and Anne Thomas (Paul Kim); his stepchildren, Scott Ridenour, Marcy Oliver (Marc) and Dana Phelps (James); and his grandsons, Gilbert Phelps and Caden Oliver.
