She was predeceased by: her parents, Orran Henry Bane and Laura Bane (Holzer); her husband Eugene; her parents-in-law, Ed and Ina Wenger; and her granddaughter Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her children, Loralee of Gulfport, FL, Melinda Petersen (Morris) of Goldfield, IA and Brian (Barbara) of Elgin, IA; her granddaughter Amy Vaccarello (Petersen) of West Chicago, IL; her children, Adam Petersen (Amanda), Aaron Wenger (Kali) of Elgin, IA, Landon Wenger (Susan) of Elgin, IA and Logan Wenger of Kansas City, MO.; her great grandchildren, Alex, Lauren Martens of West Chicago, IL, Mason, Madison Petersen of Urbandale, IA, Broc, Aksel, Niko, Ahnika Wenger of Elgin, IA, Kane, Elise, Luca and Boone Wenger of Elgin, IA.; and her siblings, Clara Mae Burchett of Dubuque, IA and Orran Bane (JoAnn) of Cedar Falls, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Illyria Community Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
