She is survived by: her daughter Alexis Demuth (Nikolas); her grandchildren, Jayce, Vaeda and Elliot; her parents, Robert Schwartz and Lorna Schwartz; her brother Todd Schwartz (Tammy); her nephew Drake Schwartz; her aunts, Eunice Sluiter, Lesa Guyer and Sue Guyer; and her uncle Joel Portman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to support her love of reading through a local library or toward her grandchildren's future college education.
