He was predeceased by: his parents, MacArthur James and Katherine "Suzy" Beshears; and his uncle Bill Beshears. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Monnahan (Myles); his grandchildren, Brendyn and Brooklyn; his brothers, Emmett Beshears (Mindy Schaap), Tyler Ankney and MacArthur James, Jr.; his siblings' children, Mariah Beshears, Melissa Jacobus (Sharon Kenney), Justin Bascom and Tyson Hathaway; his great-uncle Wesley Beshears; and his pet Tuffy.
