She is survived by: her husband Larry Carter of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her children, Rhonda Peck of Marion, Iowa, Mark Carter (JoEllen) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Sarah Randall (Darrell Crabtree) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Lena, Joshua, Amber and Jessica; and her pets, Little Bit and Grey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
