Dohnalek; her children, Cindy Dohnalek-Chase (David) and Mark Dohnalek (Patricia); her grandchildren, Lauren Neale (Ben), David Dohnalek (Allison) and Erin Dohnalek; her great grandchildren, Corban, Abigail and Elizabeth Neale; her siblings, Gary Bradford (Roselyn) and Sharon Eulgen (Warren); and her sister-in-law Carol Gates (Edward). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
