It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Proctor (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Clemons, Iowa, who passed away on June 14, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Bartholmew and Florence Bartholmew (Johnson); and her brother Lloyd Bartholmew (Rita). She is survived by: her husband Max; her children, Beth Proctor and Tim Proctor; and her grandchildren, Jordan Lee Proctor and Laura Mae Beth Proctor. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name.
