She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Goff and Joyce Goff (Thomas); and her brother David Goff. She is survived by: her sisters, Jane Harrington of Cedar Rapids and Bev Joslin (Mark) of Pleasant Prairie, WI; her nephews, Nick Clark (Jessica), Josh Clark (Veronica) and Travis Joslin (Missy); her sister-in-law Debbie Goff of Monticello; her nephew Daniel Thomas (Amanda); and her niece Heather Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; along with many cousins.
