It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bud Slife (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Independence, Iowa, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Slife and Bernice Slife Sr. (Smith); and his brother Dewayne Slife. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Reedy; his daughters, Pam Schafhausen of Rochester and Michelle "Micki" Folkers (Mike) of Walker; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Alexis, Carter, Brydon and Moya; his great grandchild Kjaerli; and his sister Mary Fowlkes of Lancaster, Wyoming. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
