She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hinds and Grace Hinds (Rees); her husband Gerald Anderson; her former husband Orlan Handeland; and her siblings, Claude, Pat, Skinny, Lefty, Hubert, Hazel, Maxine, Alice and Muggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Eugene Handeland (Laura) of Warsaw and Wayne Handeland (Angie) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Rachel Handeland, Holly Kardell (Ryan), Scott Handeland (Beth), Samantha Edwards (Wayland), Taylor Handeland, Madison Handeland, Camilla Singer, Adam Singer (Jasmin) and Wesley Singer (Teresa); Nora Singer (Brian) of Colorado. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
