She is survived by: her aunt Gay; her husband Jack; her daughter Sandy Sublett (Richard); her granddaughters, Casey Lynn Sublett Menchaca (John Thomas) and Dana Marie Sublett; her great grandchild Felix Menchaca; her sister Carol Ann Heald; John T. Heald (Cindy), Michelle Heald Salmon (Tim), Matthew Heald and Michael Heald (Jackie).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Cedar Rapids, IA.
