He is survived by: his children, Candice McCulloch (Kevin) of Rockford and Kyle (Theresa) of Hiawatha; his grandsons, Patrick McCulloch (Rachel) of Sugar Grove, Andrew McCulloch (Margo) of Roscoe, Nathan of Des Moines and Noah of Cedar Falls; and his sister-in-law Mardell Kohl. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
