She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Beverly Thomas (Stone); and her brother Terry Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Larry Lewis of Cedar Rapids; her children, Michell Lewis of Cedar Rapids, Cameron, Cody and Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Carter, Owen and Tammy Kies (Shane) of Atkins; her great grandchildren, Miranda, Keegan, Kail and Kade; her grandson Brian Lewis of Atkins; her great grandchildren, Collin, Hannah, Micah and Wyatt; her siblings, Tim, Ken and Carol Thomas; and her close friend Karen Bardwell.
