She is survived by: her parents, Craig Martin (Judith) and Patricia Axline; her husband Dale Kelly; her children, Jack Yoders Sr. (Alisha) and Cheyenne Axline (Jeremy Freemon); her stepchildren, William Kelly and Heather Bruce; her grandchildren, Jack Jr., Braydin, Mahala, Hunter and Hayden; and her siblings, Patricia Ullrick, Robert Houchin (Tracy Moomey), Michelle Houchin, Clif Martin (Jennifer Ciha) and Scott Martin (Andrea). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
