She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Ernie" Nelson and Frieda Nelson; her husband Don; and her brother Ron Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Dvorak (Michelle Mackey) of Des Moines, Iowa, Kelly Horn (Chris) of Cedar Rapids and Stacy Helmick (Dustin) of Burlington, Iowa.; and her grandchildren, Johnross, C. J. Horn, Harrison Horn, Amanda Goins, Abby Charlier, Kelsey Dvorak, Ari Devereux and Adam Devereux.
