It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Trout of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edaburn and Betty Edaburn (Holly); her husband Terry Lee Trout; her brother Curt Martens; and her grandson Matt C. Trout II.

She is survived by: her sons, Jason Trout of Decorah, Matt Trout (Keeli) of Cedar Rapids and Cory Trout of Hiawatha; her sisters, Barb Koenen, Lori Ohlhauser and Debbie Sirowy; and her grandchildren, Rowan, Saer, Skylea, Liliana, Willow, Hayleigh, Jaida, Aydra and Brielle.

“As some of you know I got to know Connie well. In all honesty, she talked so much about her grand kids and boys. You all were her life. I could see the peace and tranquility she was looking for in anything, her friends, family, antiques, decorating her condo, taking the family on vacations. She loved those times. Now she can rest without any worry or pain. My condolences to the family and especially the grand kids who, when young never quite understand where grama went. Rest in Peace, Connie”
