He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Fields and Lila Fields (Jeffries); and his siblings, Larry and Sue Munson. He is survived by: his son Chad Fields (Holli); his grandchildren, Jacob Fields (Maggie), Megan Fields and Kaitlyn Fields; his great grandchild Emery Fields; his sister Catherine Boyer (Dennis); Tina Hildebrand-Fields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
