He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hannon and Alvina Wheelock Hannon; and his siblings, Sylvia, Hazel, Laverne, Opal and Mel.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Hahesy; his children, Lisa Hannon of Madison, WI, David Hannon of Madison, WI, Mary Audia (Dominic) of Washington, IA, Julie Hannon (Katsushi Nagao) of Naperville, IL, Joseph Hannon (Mariam) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Melissa Coggeshall (Todd) of Clinton Corners, NY; and his grandchildren, Enzo, Ryan, Kathryn, Sarah and Nathan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
