He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McGuire and Loretta McGuire; his wife Ruth Ann; his son Jeffrey McGuire; and his siblings, Patricia Hutfluss and Rev. Joseph McGuire.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas McGuire of Plymouth and Victoria Burns of Cedar Rapids; and his sisters, Mary Ann McGuire of Minneapolis, MN and Irene Jasper of Omaha. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers it is requested that any donations be made to the donor's favorite charity.
