He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mains and Lois Mains (Frost). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his siblings, Jayson Mains of Cedar Rapids, Fred Mains (Becky) and Sherry Kunce (Chad); his grandchildren, Stephen Mains (Beverly) of Cedar Rapids, Paul Mains (Vicki) of Lodi and Pamela Slaton of Cedar Rapids; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Kunce, Madison Simmers (Colton), Michelle Mains and Matthew Mains.
