He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Waggoner and Winifred Waggoner (Roberts); his parents-in-law, Garry and Louise Matthiessen; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Lent.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Waggoner (Matthiessen); his children, Dawn Jellison, Donna Paulos (Dustin), Debbie Waggoner and Doug Waggoner; his stepdaughters, Teresa Lindley and Rani Javier (Vicente); his grandchildren, Dalton, Dylan, Daylee Jellison, Rhiannon Paulos, Cameron Waggoner, Tristin Jansen and Ryker Waggoner; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Lindley (Crystal), Tom Lindley, Jaydon Lindley, Randi Vogel (Ben), Isaiah Javier, Josiah Javier (Melody), Elijah Javier (Kaylee) and Stephen-Juan Javier; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Jellison, Kennedi Lindley, Kayne Lindley, Uriah, Mina Javier, Benny and Sophie Vogel.
