She is survived by: her mother Gail Wurtele (Stewart) of Cedar Rapids; her husband David Ellis; her brother Ryan Wurtele (Jamie) of Atkins, IA; her sibling's children, Kayden and Cheyenne of Atkins; her aunt Myra Craven; and her cousins, Charles Phelps, Barb, Joe Scalia and Steve Phelps.
