We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Deacon Paul Zimmerman of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Zimmerman and Clotilda Zimmerman (Ploessl); and his wife Madonna Zimmerman. He is survived by: his children, Michael Zimmerman (Kelly) and Michelle Hill (Ken); his grandchildren, Michael Zimmerman, Sean Zimmerman, Sydnee Hill (Sam Gubbles) and Brady Hill (Lauren); his great grandchild Brynlee Zimmerman; and his siblings, Tom Zimmerman (Cathy) and Rita (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Pius Catholic Church (4949 Council St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
Memorials may be directed to family.
