She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otis Tollefson and Jane Reyerson Tollefson; her husband Mike Gallagher of Cedar Rapids; her children, Michelle Bildstein (Ryan) of Cedar Rapids and Matt Gallagher (Kate) of Chicago, Illinois; her grandchildren, Avery, Harper, Jack, Grace, Violet and Olive; and her siblings, Steve Tollefson of Decorah and Diane Jaastad.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Teahen Funeral Home (3100 F Ave NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (375 32nd St Dr SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403).
Memorials may be directed to the Moose Lodge of Cedar Rapids in Deb's name.
