He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Goins and Marie Goins. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Parish-Gutierrez (Richard); his grandsons, Andrew, Ethan, Jules and Josiah; and his siblings, Lee Goins, Diane Robinson and Marsha Sexton.
