He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Perez; his children, Charlene (Bill) and Victor (Patti); his grandchildren, Justin (Morgan), Carissa, Callie (Triston) and Maranda; his great grandchildren, Pearl, Eleanor and Hazel; and his siblings, Frank Perez, Paul Perez (Christine) and Augustine II Perez (Carol).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family and will be given to a charity in Victor's name.
