With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald William Kruse (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Bedford, Ohio, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ohlrich; his children, Schoen Kruse (April) of Lubbock, TX, Tyler Kruse (Jen) of Oxford, IA and Corey Kruse (Lindsey Dreger) of Jackson Hole, WY; and his grandchildren, Grant, Gretchen, Helena, Ryan, Emmitt and Vivian. He is also survived by friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who are able instead make a donation to Iowa City Hospice.
