He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton G. Overly and Louise M. Overly; his stepdaughters, Becky Recker of Eastman, WI and Kelly Baughman of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Megan Knapp (Andy) of Cascade, Michaela Recker of Dallas, TX, Mitchell Recker of Des Moines, Breanne of Cedar Rapids, Karissa of Cedar Rapids and Kole Baughman of Cedar Rapids; his great grandchildren, Briggs, Rinley and Case Knapp of Cascade; his wife Kathleen Rose; and his brothers, Terry and Joseph Overly.
