He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Polglaze and Edward Polglaze. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Scott Benarcik), Pam (Barb Polglaze), John Polglaze (Johnny) and Robert Polglaze (Bob); his brother Herman Polglaze (Toni); his siblings-in-law, Barb Polglaze and John Waxler (Sue); his close friend Lindsay Healless; and his siblings, Barbara, Jerry and Bob. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
