It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth Bowen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 75, on July 31, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Bowen; her siblings, Harlan Tilpher Bilden and Marian Bilden Russ; her brother-in-law Elmer Russ; and her parents, Tilpher Bilden and Deloris Bilden (Larson).
She is survived by: her son Andrew Bowen; her granddaughter Lauren Bowen (Jayden); her siblings, Ruthie Trudo (Jerry), Erling Bilden (Mary), Brenda Coen (Dave), Debra Knight (Noel) and James Bilden; and her pet Isabella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service (520 Wilson Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
