She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Curtis and Helen Curtis (Petherbridge); her siblings, Richard, Boyd Curtis and Elizabeth Essex; and her grandchildren, Jason, Justin Wilson and Roberta Wertz.
She is survived by: her husband Laverne Severson; her children, Helen Wertz (Robert), Boyd Severson (Diane), Craig Severson (Marlene), Karen Wilson (Jim) and Gary Severson; and her nieces, Etta Heaton (Randy) and Jackie Hoelscher. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Mercy or Sharon United Methodist Church.
