Frances Ann Manley Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Ann Manley of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Ann Manley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Kausalik (Smith); her husband Jack Manley of Mary's Catholic Church; her father Harold Kausalik; her son-in-law Steven Wagner; her brothers, Marty and Larry Kausalik; and her parents-in-law, Cecil and Mamie Manley.

She is survived by: her children, Monica Wagner of Marion and Michael Manley (Cami) of Waukee; her grandchildren, London Wagner, Garret Wagner, Cole Manley and Brynn Manley; her siblings, Barbara Maddy (Denny) of Marion, IA, Ed Kausalik (Linda) of Grimes, IA, Phil Kausalik (Ruth) of Waukee, IA, Mim Kurimski (Dennis) of Melrose, IA, Kristine Kausalik (Don Bouslaugh) of Ankeny, IA and Angie Wagner (Wally) of Oelwein, IA; and her sister-in-law Meg Kausalik of Pewaukee, WI.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Tharp Funeral Home (116 Benton Ave E, Albia, IA 52531). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (730 W Benton Ave, Albia, IA 52531).

In lieu of flowers, Frances's family would like to invite others to share a written memory or story of Frances with them to be compiled into a memory book.
