It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances M. Nielsen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances M. Nielsen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Stechcon and Antonia Stechcon (Klimavitz); her husband Ray Nielsen; her son Michael Nielsen; and her granddaughter Rebecca Nielsen.

She is survived by: her sons, Steven Nielsen of Lisbon and Dennis Nielsen of Springville, Iowa. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
