He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Max Carnahan Sr. and Mildred Ellen Carnahan; his wife Bev; his daughter Carey (Shane); his sons-in-law, Tom Clark and Shane Burlingame; his stepmother Piccola; and his sisters, Norma and Helen.
He is survived by: his half-sister Alicia; his daughters, Crystal and Lynnette; his great grandchild Kreed; his brother Jim; and his grandchildren, Justin Clark (Melissa), Jesse Clark, Austen Carnahan (Nicole), Alivea Wagner (Cody), Emma, Haley and Samuel Descourouez.
Memorial donations may be made to the family for a memorial fund to be established in Bud's honor.
