He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Schmidt (Gary), Michelle Lehmkuhl (Paul), Sherry Freshour (Darrel) and Darnell Brown (Allison); his sister Evelyn VanDuyne; his nephews, Larry Kraus (Maralee) and Tom Kraus; his niece Elaine Haigh (John); and his granddaughter Megan Williams.
