She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa "Tessie" Primrose (Brecht) and Dwayne Primrose; her sisters, Rozella Holland and Betty Newton; and her nephews, Keith Newton and Duce Holland.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Dvorak of Paul's Catholic Church; and her children, Darren Dvorak, Dawn Carrothers, Debbie Dvorak (Aaron Salandro) and Denise Younke (Matt Robinson). She is also survived by several grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
