He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hill and Maxine Hill (McElwain); and his siblings, Carol Franck (Larry), Kenny Hill (Mary), Harold Hill Jr., Sharon Dziewanowski (Tom) and Robert Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Patty Seltrecht (Tim), Jon Hill (Dawn), Joe Hill (Tina) and Sam Hill. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; as well as his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to either the Jefferson High School Booster Club and or to NCSML.
