He is survived by : his wife Betty Tholen (Christensen); his children, Kent Tholen, Shelley Reeve (Mike), Solon and Brad Tholen (Becky); his grandchildren, Chris Tholen (Jenny), Lindsey Tholen, Ashley Hui (Ian), Tyler Tholen, Brian Reeve and Zach Reeve; and his brother John Tholen (Kathy).
