She is survived by: her sister Gerri Slaybaugh; her children, Jeannie Horn, Teri Meendering (Ron) and Jeff Jilek (Juli); her grandchildren, Jennifer Crumbaugh, Jason Potter and Sara Petrie (Mike); her great grandchildren, Ava, Noah Klein, Landyn, McKenna Crumbaugh, Leslee Mae Horn, Lucas, Olive, Kingston Petrie and Laith Al-Ghamdi; Donald.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404).
